About Christina N. Griecci
Attorney Christina N. Griecci graduated from The Pennsylvania State University (WE ARE…!) in 2000 with a degree in English. She then attended Suffolk Law School, earning a Juris Doctorate in 2003. Always interested in helping those in need, Christina was involved in the Suffolk Law Women and Children’s Advocacy Clinic, advocating and assisting abused and victimized women seeking 209A Restraining Orders in the Somerville District Court. Christina was also involved in the Family Law Clinic, representing indigent men and women filing for divorce, separate support, and/or child custody and support.
During her final year of law school through post graduate years, Christina worked for a general practice law firm in Gloucester. It is here that Christina expanded into other areas of law: real estate, estate planning, construction contracts and landlord/tenant law.
Eventually Christina pivoted to health care and took a job working for a specialty infusion nursing company. Here Christina drafted, reviewed and negotiated contracts. She kept up with basic employment law, Massachusetts regulations on nursing and home health services, and overall compliance and liability matters. Christina was also the company’s point person for all policies and compliance regulations in relation to providing safe home care within all of New England during the Covid pandemic. Beyond policy and liability, Christina became very familiar with corporate structure, balance statements, KPIs and bottom lines. Christina also learned the art of managing a team of 60+ people (which is why she is now a solo practitioner!).
Christina applied to law school because she wanted to help those who needed it, and corporate life was not allowing her to achieve that goal at the local level. Christina hopes that through Griecci Law, she can use her education, skills and experience to represent those in her community who need a fierce and honest advocate when times get tough.
In her spare time, Christina is a voracious reader; she taught English as an Adjunct for Newbury College before it closed in 2019. Christina has a passionate love for all dogs, especially bully breeds and rescues; she donates to various rescues and has adopted more than one furry beast. You can usually find Christina somewhere on the Annisquam with her pup, appreciating all the beauty Gloucester has to offer.
